This policy explains how Travis G. Miller LLC ("we," "us") handles information on travisgmiller.com. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to answer you, and we never sell it.

Quote requests. When you use the Request a Quote form, we receive your name, company (if given), phone number, email address, the service you need, the job location (if given), and the details you type in.

Job applications. When you apply on our Careers page, we receive your name, phone number, email address, city, the position you are interested in, your CDL and driving experience answers, any notes, and a resume file if you attach one.

Basic technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and to protect the site from attacks and spam.

What we do not do

This site does not use advertising, tracking cookies, analytics trackers, or social media pixels. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule work, and review your application for employment. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about the request you made.

How form messages are handled

When you submit a form, it is delivered straight to our office by email. The website itself does not keep a copy in a database. To protect the forms from spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting. Messages are sent through an email delivery service on our behalf. These providers process information only to run the site and deliver your message.

We keep quote requests and applications in our business email for as long as we need them for the work, for hiring, or to meet legal and record keeping requirements.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to Facebook, TikTok, and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and what you do there is covered by them, not by this policy.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and job seekers of working age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Please send any privacy request by mail to the address below so we can verify it and keep a record of it.
